Convoy Announces Maggie Brady as Head of People

Seattle, WA — June 30, 2022 — Convoy, the nation’s most efficient digital freight network, today announced the appointment of Maggie Brady to its Executive team as Head of People, effective immediately. Maggie will report to Co-founder and CEO Dan Lewis and oversee all aspects of the People and Places teams at Convoy, including recruiting, total rewards, learning and development, DE&I, and workplace and facilities teams.

In this role, Maggie will focus on creating world-class initiatives to foster growth and development for employees and leaders and strengthening Convoys’ high-performing, values-based culture with an emphasis on building an inclusive environment through leading-edge DE&I initiatives. She will also partner with the leadership and the people team to position Convoy as one of the most desired places to work where each employee can thrive and do the best work of their careers.

Maggie brings more than 20 years of HR experience to this role. Prior to Convoy, she was the Group HR Leader for the Technology and Business Segments at Fiserv, a global fintech and payments company with solutions for banking, global commerce, merchant acquiring, billing and payments, and point-of-sale. Additionally, she’s led HR teams at Anthem Inc, HD Supply, and GE Healthcare.
