How to earn the QuickPay discount

The correct driver is assigned to the shipment and has their location tracking enabled in the Convoy app beginning 4 hours prior to pickup through the entire shipment’s duration.
The driver’s location data verifies their presence inside each facility. Pickup and dropoff stops are marked as complete
All paperwork, including signed Bill of Lading (BOL), is uploaded within 24 hours of product delivery.

What is QuickPay?

QuickPay is a program that enables carriers to receive payouts fast and on their schedule. The Convoy Platform facilitates QuickPay payouts on behalf of the broker of the load. QuickPay options include payment in two days (1% fee with discount), and same-day payment within 8 hours (1.75% fee with discount). Carriers can become eligible for discounts on QuickPay fees by meeting the app-use requirements.

What loads are eligible for QuickPay?

All loads on the Convoy Platform offer payment in 30 days (for free) and most loads offer Two-Day QuickPay (low fee). Same-day QuickPay may also be offered depending on the broker of the load. You’ll always see the payout options for a specific load before you book it.

Does Same-Day QuickPay cover weekends and holidays?

Yes, with Same-Day QuickPay you can receive payment even on weekends, holidays, and after business hours.

What if I don't qualify for the discount on QuickPay?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. You’ll be prompted to select a new payout speed if you didn’t qualify for the discount on a load. Your options include standard pay (payment within 30 days for free), or the option to keep your QuickPay payout speed at the non-discounted fee (2% for two-day and minimum $10, 3.5% for same-day and minimum $15).

Is QuickPay available to everyone?

Every carrier on the Convoy Platform is eligible to get paid via QuickPay. If you aren’t signed up with the Convoy Platform, sign up today.

If I use a factoring company, can I earn QuickPay?

If you use a factoring company, you will need to request a Letter of Release from that company for loads hauled with the Convoy Platform. Email the letter of release to factoringsupport@convoy.com. Once this has been completed, you can use QuickPay to receive payouts on loads booked through the Convoy Platform.
