DAT Single Haul Incentive

Offer available to eligible Convoy Platform carriers who maintain an active Convoy Platform account (“Existing Carrier Users”) but have not completed a haul on the Convoy Platform during the ninety (90) days preceding the date of the official offer notification and who have been selected to participate in this promotional program.

To qualify, you must:

(1) receive an official offer notification from the Convoy Platform (owned and operated by DAT Freight Tech, LLC (“DAT”)) via email or via Convoy Platform in-app notification;
(2) maintain an active Convoy Platform account with current FMCSA operating authority and required insurance, and otherwise remain in good standing with the Convoy Platform Terms of Use at the time of haul completion;
(3) complete at least one (1) confirmed haul sourced through the Convoy Platform within 30 days of receiving the offer notification (offer end date: 7/5/2026);
(4) have your haul confirmed as delivered through Convoy Platform records (i.e., by the broker of record).

A $50 Amazon gift card will be issued by email within two (2) business days of haul confirmation. Limit one (1) gift card per carrier (identified by USDOT number). The offer is non-transferable; the offer itself has no cash value prior to issuance of the gift card. The offer does not apply to hauls sourced outside of the Convoy Platform. Receipt of this offer does not guarantee access to the Convoy Platform or that a Broker will agree to match with you.

DAT reserves the right to verify haul completion through Convoy Platform records and to withhold, delay, or recover any gift card in the event of: fraudulent activity or misrepresentation by the carrier; load cancellation or failure to complete delivery; hauls completed outside of the Convoy Platform; or violation of the Convoy Platform Terms of Use or any other applicable DAT terms and conditions. Determinations of eligibility and gift card qualification are made solely by DAT and are final.

This offer is available only to carriers selected by DAT for this promotional program and is not available to the general public. Eligibility is determined solely by DAT. Participation is subject to your continued compliance with the Convoy Platform Terms of Use and any other applicable DAT terms and conditions, which govern your use of the Convoy Platform and apply to your participation in this promotional program, including all limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnity, and choice of law provisions. DAT reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time; modifications will not affect gift cards already confirmed for completed qualifying hauls. This is a one-time promotional program and creates no entitlement to future promotions. Any tax consequences arising from receipt of the gift card are the carrier’s sole responsibility.
