Thanks for stopping by to have a read about our Highway to Health series. I’m so glad that you did because we’ve got some GREAT things in store for you starting at the Great American Truck Show! But before we dive in, I’d like to introduce myself if we didn’t meet this June when we ran our first Highway to Health series.
I’m Michelle Cartmel, your health and wellness coach for Highway to Health and I’m here to help you get your health in check. My philosophy is pretty simple: if you eat real, whole foods 85-90% of the time and exercise consistently, good health is attainable. BUT that said, I understand that one of your biggest challenges around eating right on the road is access to healthy food. So, my mission is to help you overcome some of these “roadblocks” with expert, easy to follow tips on nutrition, PLUS fitness tips that you can take with you on the road.
