Convoy was founded three years ago with the mission to bring endless capacity and zero waste to transportation. We have a talented team that is passionate about our mission and works diligently to ensure it becomes a reality. Hundreds of shippers, large and small, as well as hundreds of thousands of truck drivers have booked or hauled a load with Convoy.
Today, we are able to stop, reflect, and feel a bit of pride that our company has once again been recognized as a top place to work and grow.
LinkedIn has included Convoy in their Top Startups 2018 list. As their announcement describes: “A breakthrough startup can scramble industries, alter how we work and live, and shift talent flows around the world.”
We are honored to find ourselves among the Top 50 most sought-after startups in the U.S. This is a reflection of the incredible feats that our growing team has accomplished over the past year. We recently reached 300 employees, and we’re continuing to grow rapidly to support the massive opportunity in front of us. Though the number of employees a company has isn’t a measure of success, it is a signal of growth both for our market and ability to meet the demand of our customer and carrier ecosystem.
Most importantly, we’ve built a company that people are proud of. The attitude is energizing. We work at it every day, and we’re able to recognize the diversity in perspectives, make mistakes, and recover quickly to build trust with each other.
It’s no accident. Everyone puts in the work. We appreciate everyone at Convoy and their dedication to bringing out the best in each other.
Thank you to the team at LinkedIn for this recognition!
The LinkedIn Top Startups list is derived from a blended score looking at factors including interest in the company, engagement with employees, job interest and retention, and is informed by the billions of actions taken by more than 575 million professionals on LinkedIn. Rather than relying on questionnaires, it measures the behavior of over a half billion of professionals on LinkedIn focused on four core areas: employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent.
