Convoy VP Kristen Forecki Recognized as Top Business Leader in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2020 “40 Under 40”

Congratulations to Convoy VP of Operations and Supply, Kristen Forecki, for being recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal in the “40 Under 40” Awards. This annual recognition identifies executives under the age of 40 who are dynamic leaders in the business community. Kristen joined Convoy in 2015 with a vision to drive impact on making life better for everyone affected by the supply chain. She recognized an opportunity to improve truckers’ lives by enabling them to spend more time with their families while maximizing their incomes all while streamlining trucking to cut environmental-damaging pollution. With Convoy’s current reduction at 2.3 million pounds of carbon emissions, Kristen’s making incredible inroads.

Get to Know Kristen Forecki

Kristen earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She moved to Seattle in 2010, took a role as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, and eventually joined Rover as the Director of Operations in 2013 – The company had fewer than 20 employees when she joined! In 2015, she joined Convoy as employee No. 11. The business has since grown to 1,000 workers and in November was valued at $2.7 billion.
