Convoy welcomes Sunita Solao to its Executive team as Vice President of People, effective October 19, 2020. Sunita will report into Co-founder and CEO Dan Lewis and oversee all aspects of the People and Places teams at Convoy, including recruiting, total rewards, learning and development, DE&I and workplace and facilities teams.

In her new role, Sunita will focus on attracting top talent to solve some of the toughest problems at the intersection of freight and technology industries. Sunita is also excited to build and launch leading edge people initiatives with an added emphasis on building an inclusive environment through DE&I programs.

Sunita brings more than 20 years of HR experience to the role. Prior to Convoy she spent over six years at Airbnb where she was most recently the Head of People & Talent for the company’s Homes Business Unit. Prior to Airbnb Sunita has led HR teams at eBay, Magento, and GE Healthcare.
