Amir Ghahari
Amir Ghahari is an Operations Research Scientist at Convoy. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining different OR models to help reduce costs and improve efficiency in the drop-and-hook space. Before joining Convoy, Amir was the Lead Operations Research Scientist at BNSF Railway for almost three years, where he developed several simulation models to provide analytics insights for the hub expansion planning team. Amir earned his Ph.D. in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is an aviation enthusiast and a soccer maniac.
